The safety and well being of our participants,volunteers, team members and spectators remains our top priority.
As we continue to communicate with Alberta Health Services it is with great sadness that we are announcing the postponement of our last two signature events of 2020.
After discussions with health officials, local stakeholders, venues and sponsors and the following events will be postponed until future yet to be determined dates.
All registrants will receive an free automatic deferral to the rescheduled event and no further action is required. If the registrant cannot make the new event date, a credit will be issued that can be used for any similar event type taking place in 2020 or 2021 or 2022
As always we will do our best to keep our community informed in a timely manner. We hope that everyone is safe and healthy at this time. #VirtualHugs

We continue to monitor the information and updates from Health Canada & Alberta Health Services. The safety and well being of our participants,volunteers, team members and spectators remains our top priority.
Because of current provincial restrictions on group gatherings now extending through the Summer months, the following events will be postponed until future yet to be determined dates.
All registrants will receive an free automatic deferral to the rescheduled event and no further action is required. If the registrant cannot make the new event date, a credit will be issued that can be used for any similar event type taking place in 2020 or 2021 or 2022

City of Calgary Press Release : Cancellation of mass events through June 30 due to COVID-19
Because of current provincial restrictions on group gatherings as well as this recent City of Calgary cancellation of all mass events through June 30, the following events will be postponed until future yet to be determined dates.
All registrants will receive an free automatic deferral to the rescheduled event and no further action is required. If the registrant cannot make the new event date, a credit will be issued that can be used for any similar event type taking place in 2020 or 2021 or 2022
